Our club house hosts a very active social club. Activities include: themed dinner parties, wine tastings, dancing, casino nights, day trips, cards, bridge, bingo, etc.

You are also just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!  Siesta Key, Lido and Nokomis Beaches are renowned for their soft, sandy white beaches and spectacular sunsets. Monthly rates for 2012 & 2013:

• Jan – Mar: $3,300.
• April:  $2,400. 
• May – Sept: $1,500. 
• Oct – Nov: $2,000. 
• Dec: $2,500.  

*10% discount for multi-month rentals.

Required: $500 refundable security deposit, $100.00 exit cleaning fee, 12% Florida Tax on all leases less than six months.

Monthly rate includes all utilities except long distance phone charges. Cashiers or bank checks required as payment prior to your arrival.  (Minimum rental term is one month.)

SORRY - NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed in the condo. 

**  $250 full club membership transfer fee payable directly to Stoneybrook Golf & Country Club entitles you to utilize the golf course, driving range, club tennis courts, club swimming pool, fitness center and social activities. ($125 fee covers all of the above except Golf membership.)  

Please note, there is a private pool and tennis court at 9320 Clubside Circle.  It is available for renter use without any fee. In addition, the club restaurant and golf course is also accessible without the $250 ($125) transfer fee. Non-member golf greens fees will be charged by the Club if a golf membership is not transferred.
