We know you will enjoy your stay at our South Lake Tahoe Condo! Our condo sleeps 8 people (6 adults max please), and it has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Here's what our condo has to offer:

Two bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen bed, two side tables, and two bunk beds.
Bathroom: Completely remodeled in 2011
Kitchen: Fully equiped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, full size oven, microwave, refridgerator, freezer, and all dishware/pots/silverware/glasses, etc.
WIFI and TV: Free Wi-Fi, Netflix, Cable TV, DVD (plays BluRay and regular), Pandora Radio, Games, YouTube, 42" flatscreen
Parking: Up to two vehicles are allowed (parked one behind the other) in our reserved parking spot #5. The parking is not covered, but there is a snow plow service for the condominium complex that keeps the parking lot and walkways clear of snow.
Laundry: Coin-operated laundry on-site
Linens: Of course clean linens and towels are always provided for your use.

non-holiday: Su-Th $120/night; Fri-Sat $160/night; $800/week
holiday: Christmas/New Year's weeks $200/night; other holiday nights $200
2 night minimum stay required (longer on major holidays -- please inquire)
Cleaning Fee: $75
Tax: 10% on above rates (South Lake Tahoe charges this for all vacation rentals.)
Security Deposit: $200 (This will be 100% refunded once your stay is complete and no damage is done to property.)
