Beautiful and a great escape! Beach directly across the street about 50 steps. You can hear and see the Gulf from your unit. One of the best views in the building.

A large shopping plaza, Avenue of the Flowers, is behind the complex, offering a large grocery store, wine and liquor store, drug store, video rentals, specialty shops, and restaurants. High quality Municipal Tennis Courts are one block away and a four-foot wide sidewalk extends for most of Longboat Key with seven to eight miles for jogging, rollerblading, walking, biking, and walking your dog. One can also walk the beach for the same distance, and shelling is a favorite activity.

We offer an extensive activities guide connecting you to many free activities in the area. Along with many movies and games for all ages to pick from.
