Vacation Rental Amenities

     The unit features a fully equiped stainless steel and maple-
wood kitchen, all linens and towels, cable TV, and all utilities.  

   The condominium complex has a courteous and efficient "hotel-
like" feel to it; A magnificent lobby, valet parking, poolboy, and 
bellman service are available.  The security staff is superb. A 
modern laundry room is on each floor.
  
     The Caribbean ocean-front pool area features a large heated 
pool, relaxing jacuzzi, sunning deck, and barbecue grills. 



     

   

Activities and Attractions

     Las Vegas slot machine gambling is now available at both 
Gulfstream and Mardi Gras race tracks, both of which are less that 
three miles from the condo! Boomers amusement park for the kids is 
only 4 miles away. The complex is directly next to the 
world-famous Westin Diplomat Hotel, where you can enjoy fine dining 
and dancing; the nightlife and excitement of either Miami or Ft. 
Lauderdale is only minutes away; all the wonderful amenities of
