Vacation Rental Description

This wonderful home is located in the Springs, a 55+ gated community 
on the Torres Blancas Golf Course with views of the Santa Rita 
mountains.   It is also just a short walk to one of Green Valley's 
Recreation Centers where you can enjoy the pool and other amenities 
that the GVR provides.
This 2 bedroom + den,  2 bath home has been newly decorated and
furnished with 
upscale southwestern furnishings.  The living room seats 5-6 and the 
dining room seats 6.  The two bedrooms have their own adjoining 
bathrooms.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything is new in April 2004.  
Master Bedroom with private bathroom- queen bed
Guest Bedroom with private bathroom - two twin beds
Appliances - refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, washer 
and dryer.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all items you would expect for daily 
living.
There are Plenty of linens, towels and blankets.
27” TV and DVD player in Living Room, 20” TV in Master Bedroom.
Computer desk in den with telephone jack and printer.
Landscaped Patio with table and 4 chairs
Electric Barbecue
1 ½ car garage with opener

Activities and Attractions

Green Valley is 30 minutes Southeast of Tucson.  There are numerous 
golf courses, restaurants, and sightseeing opportunities in Tubac, 
Mexico, and Tucson area all within 1 hour of Green Valley.  
All of the following sights and activities are within easy reach of 
Green Valley:  Old Tucson, San Xavier Mission, Titan II Missile 
Museum, Tombstone, Madera Canyon and Tubac, golfing, hiking, biking, 
horse back riding, bird watching, and casino gaming.
Green Valley Recreation District (GVR) - The GVR charges a nominal 
fee to transfer our membership to you during your stay in Green 
Valley.  There are 12 facilities that include pools, hot tubs, 
exercise equipment, tennis courts, entertainment and numerous 
clubs.  

Vacation Rental Rates

January - March $3000 per month
April - May $2800 per month
June - August $1500 per month + electricity
September - December $2500 per month

Rent includes all utilities, local phone expanded digital cable and
high speed internet.
$100 cleaning fee for rentals less than 3 months

$500 required at time of reservation/lease to be held as a 
refundable damage deposit and will be returned at the conclusion of 
your stay.  
Monthly rent is due on or before arrival.
