Beautiful Condo in Gated Community , near airport and Parks in Orlando

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here for a week starting 3/24. Nice condo. Clean and very well kept. 2 bed rooms. One with master bed and other with 2 bunk beds. Decent size baths. Decent size kitchen with all the necessary utensils, stove, microwave, dish washer, etc. Two flat screen TVs, wireless internet, cards and board games for kids and adults. Cloth washer and dryer. Central air conditioning plus ceiling fans. Overall it's a nice condo. It's less than 10 min from the Orlando airport and within 30-40 min from Universal/Disney parks.

This gated community has golf course, pool, tennis courts, children's play area, jogging and bike trails and a poolside restaurant. All are well kept and look upscale. The condo had two tennis rackets that we used to play. Pool was clean. Restaurant food was good with reasonable pricing.

What we liked most is the way Kerma (owner) communicated with us, answering all questions and making sure that we had a good stay. Appreciate that. We had a wonderful stay there. Love to go back there for the next Florida vacation and would surely recommend the condo to others.

Grandkids first florida vacation

Very impressed the accommodations. The condo was so pleasant. All 5 of us were
very comfortable. It had every thing we needed and much more. The grounds were
beautiful and peaceful. I can't wait to go back next year.

Clean and Functional Condo, Helpful Owner

The condo was very clean and well-stocked with toiletries, paper products, and kitchen items. We have a very active 2 1/2 year old boy. While the condo wasn't child-proof, we didn't have much difficulty moving items out of the way to keep him and the owner's belongings safe.
We chose to stay in this location near the airport for two reasons: we would have a very short drive to the airport for our early morning departure flight and the condo was somewhat central to some of the activities we planned both north and south of Orlando. We visited family in Maitland, the Central Floirda Zoo in Sanford, and Legoland/Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven.
We didn't do a lot at the country club. We slept and sometimes ate at the condo. If you are planning to vacation at the country club, the golf course is definitely the main attraction. The pools were supposed to be heated, but really weren't. The hottub was just warm. But we were there in December. The toddler playground near the clubhouse was mediocre, but Orlando has plenty of really good community parks and we just drove to one.
The owner was INCREDIBLY helpful prior to our stay. I asked her at least 20 questions about what items were available in the condo. Our child has food allergies, so I really needed the kitchen to be really functional. I easily cooked, stored, and transported our son's allergen-free food to parks and family gatherings. The owner even bought a Pack and Play for the condo prior to our stay just in case we needed it while we were there.
We really enjoyed our stay.
