The South Beach House: Pool / Hot Tub- Walk to Everything!!! in Miami Beach

The South Beach House is a 1937 Art Deco gem, a fully furnished home for you, your family and friends to enjoy: four rooms, two full bathrooms, full kitchen and laundry room, great room (combined living room and dining room), shiny wood floors, tall vaulted wood old Spanish cathedral ceilings, indoor Panoramic glass Florida convertible bed-sun-room, WiFi, outdoor backyard sun yard with BBQ grill, sun bathing lounge chairs and a covered canopy sitting area, next door Pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, Billiards and Ping Pong tables. Bedroom #1 (the King Suite) contains one (1) king size bed and in-suite bathroom.  Bedroom #2 (the Queen Suite) contains two (2) full (double) size beds and in-suite bathroom.  Bedroom #3 contains three bunks of (6) twin (single) size beds.  Bedroom #4 is a Florida room and contains one (1) sofa with pull queen size bed.  The living room has two futon sofa beds.  The home is perfect for up to 16 people.  Parking for up to 2 cars.  Arrangements have also been made to extend to you half priced massages at only $49 an hour.  Staying at the S. Beach House, we will guide you to the best daily activities, night clubs, and the best beach and pool parties.  We are committed to making your stay comfortable, affordable and fun while providing very clean and quite accommodations.

$499 to $1,299 per night (3 night minimum).  Rates are subject to change without notice based on use, occupancy, special events and holidays. 25% discount on the additional days booked over one week. 13% taxes.
