The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed with adjoining bath. The guest bedrooms have queen-size beds with adjoining bath. The living room has one oversized sofas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Wood cabinetry, granite/marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sit-down “bar” (Your choice for breakfast or happy hour)

 **LOVE FISHING** Enjoy catching yellow tail, red snapper or grouper. Cast –offshore for sport fishing in the Gulf Stream for marlin, sailfish, black-fin tuna, mahi-mahi, and many more ocean treasures. BACKCOUNTRY—catch speckled trout or tarpon, bone or redfish.

**LOVE SNORKELING OR DIVING**Living reefs and sunken wrecks are easily enjoyed by everyone and not far away—in 3-15 feet. of water. Enjoy colorful tropical fish, coral rock formations, and sea fans.
