Nautibeach Condos offers two bedroom regular condos, two bedroom veranda condos, two studios, and two single rooms.

Our two bedroom condos offer balconies and ocean, garden or pool views.

Each is equipped to provide you with a Home Away From Home.

Two Bedroom Regular Condos

Each feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, living room, a split bathroom with a large tiled shower, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full and a twin bed. We also offer a condo with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed and bunk beds in the second bedroom. All condos have a balcony with patio furniture for four people

Two Bedroom Veranda Condos

The Veranda condos, located at the entrance end of Nautibeach and on the second and third floors, have additional windows and a two sided wrap-around balcony. Each features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, living room, a split bathroom with a large tiled shower, a master bedroom with a queen or king bed and a second bedroom with either a full and a twin bed or two twin beds. The large wrap-around balconies have patio furniture for four people.

Studio 38

The studio provides a very comfortable space for 1-2 adults. It features a queen size bed with a privacy screen to separate the sleeping area from the open plan living room area, a large bathroom with a large tiled shower, a full kitchen with a 2 bunner stove,  microwave, coffeepot and blender. There is a partial ocean and pool view.

Single 37

Our single room accommodates 1-2 adults, offers a king size bed, a bathroom with a tiled shower, a small refrigerator and a coffee pot.

Deluxe Studio 40

The  Deluxe Studio #40 is a newly furnished unit that provides comfortable space for 1-2 people.  It is located on the private 3rd floor above the main offices.  It features a full kitchen, living area and bedroom.  The bedroom has an attached full bath and closet.  The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot and blender.  There is a large terrace with an ocean and pool view.

Deluxe Single 39

The Deluxe Single #39 is a small, newly furnished unit located on the private 3rd floor above the main offices.  It features a room with a queen bed, a full bath and closet, an efficiency kitchen and a small balcony.  The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot and blender.

Our Deluxe Condos,  best located rooms with sea view or garden floor are close to the Pool and Sea. Each features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, living room, a split bathroom with a large tiled shower. Inquire about different bed layouts. Also bunk beds in the second bedroom available. The balconies have patio furniture for up to four people with the best location and the Nautibeach Trademark.

Rates are based on double occupancy.

There is a $25 charge for each additional person over five years of age.

Rates are in U.S. currency and are subject to change without notice.
A 14% tax is in addition to the rate.

Daily maid service and onsite management is included.

Children five years old or younger are not charged.

Cancellation and Refund

If you cancel your reservation 31 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund all payments made to date, less 5% of payments made to date for the processing fee.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, there is no refund.
