This destinctive home is bright,
tropical & offers 6 wonderful bedrooms,
sleeping 20, and 4 baths.
You'll also enjoy a very private, 28X14,
swimming pool all your own.
With this home a lovely inlaws quarters is
included.
It's just a block to the beach & within a mile
of everything you'll need to make a perfect
tropical vacation.
Sleeping arrangements:
1st floor has queen guest bedroom,
bunk bed (full size on bottom and twin on
top)
2nd floor has king guest, bunk bed(full size
on bottom and twin on top) with additional twin mattress under bed, king
master with ensuite bath, 2 single mattresses twin/full to place wherever
you like.
Inlaws quarters has king in master and two twin mattresses stored in the closet to place wherever you like.
To heat pool is an additional fee of $200 - $300
Fl tax 11%
Cleaning fee $160 - $250 ( spring break $300 )
Street legal golf carts available in area, ask about details!
