Beautiful Coastal Condo on Gulf Island in Hudson

Well we are back in New York. We had a hard time leaving your place.
It is beautiful there. The accommodations were outstanding, and my
wife loved how you decorated the condo. We had a very enjoyable and
relaxing time there. It appears to be a boaters and fisherman's
dream. Now I know why there are small boats on the ocean in Florida.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Completely furnished: Fully equipped kitchen, Dinning & Living room
with a full size balcony over looking the gulf. All you need to
bring is your cloths. We have towels, all bed linens, cable, 2-TV's,
DVD, VCR, Full kitchen with dished, pots, pans, can opener,coffeemaker,
toaster, microwave, stove, dishwasher. Dining room Table, Living room
has 1 La-Z-boy 1 queen size sleeper sofa. Under cover parking space.
Everything is on site to make your stay enjoyable!

Condo has clubhouse with piano, pool table, ping pong table, internet access,
exercise room, sauna, lockers, showers and big screen TV. A great place for a party or
even a wedding. The pool overlooks the gulf. 24-hour guard gated guardhouse.
Six tennis courts and a beautiful nature walk surrounded on both sides by the gulf.
Private sandy beach with palm trees and grills. For the kids - a small playground area.

Tennis, swimming, exercise, walking, shooting pool, fishing,
boating and just enjoying the spectacular sunsets in the evening.
Boat and wave runner rentals are available within 1 mile. The area
has many fine restaurants and shops within 2 miles. Orlando
attractions are 90 miles from Hudson and Tampa airport and nightlife
is 45 min from Hudson. Read a good book, work on creative hobbies or
simply relax the day away.

May through September - $1,650 per month
October through April - $1,750 per month

9% Seasonal rental tax

Last minute calls ok. Will negotiate rates.

$750 deposit is required at time of booking. The full amount is due
60 days prior to rental. Cashiers Check or Money Order only.
Cleaning fee is $65.00.

Cancellations:
Cancellation less than 60 days will result in forfeit of deposit
monies.

This is a strict non-smoking and no-pets unit.
