Rates for Off Peak (October through March) = $1850 per week- Call or Email for Holiday Rates.

Rates for Peak Season (April through September) = $2650

Reservation Rate: Half of the rental rate due upon reservation/booking
Balance and refundable security deposit of $500 is required 30 days prior to stay. 
    Fees:
    $175 - Departure cleaning fee
    $25 per day utility fee to heat pool----No charge to heat the Spa
  
    Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
    Cancellations within 90 days out or greater, no charge
    Cancellations within 60 to 90 days of your stay, a charge of 50% of Reservation Rate is applied
    Cancellations within 30 to 60 days of your stay, a charge of 100 % of your Reservation Rate will apply
    No rate refunds if cancellation is within 30 days of stay.  Security deposit, cleaning and pool fees will be refunded.
    Option to transfer your cancelled stay to an off-peak season depending on availability. Please contact us for details.
***All penalties waived and charges are always refunded if cancelled stay is booked by another guest.

Contracts are written for a minimum of thirty nights to comply with local zoning codes. 

Your exclusive stay is guaranteed within those days. 

Your liability is for the time period of your exclusive stay. Details provided upon request.
