Or enjoy a relaxing soak in the master bathroom tub. Four bedrooms, including two masters, make this home ideal for couples, a group of friends, or a big family. Primary master has a king bed; secondary master has a queen bed; third bedroom has two extra long twin beds; fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and full on bottom, as well as a twin pull-out trundle.

From this home it is just a short walk through the park to LA Fitness, Lox, Stock & Bagel Cafe, Yoga, Walgreens, Dry Cleaners, and more.The McCormick Ranch Community has over 5 miles of paved trails that are great for a walk, run or bicycle ride.  The LA Fitness has an indoor swimming pool and basketball court.  

Baseball spring training at Salt River Fields; Golf at Talking Stick Resort; Casino all withiin a few miles.  Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, Old Town Scottsdale, and Hiking just a short drive. Or take a day trip to the red rocks of Sedona, the charming downtown of Prescott, or skiing in Flagstaff,
