Vacation Rental Description

Our Patio home is located in prestigious PGA National. This 
comfortable home has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings! The 
large living room has an entertainment center with a 35" tv, and 
stereo system. The spacious L shaped couch is very comfortable after 
a day of golf! 
                                                       
The MASTER bedtroom suite has a queen sized bed, and 
a ceiling fan as well as a full private bath and a walk-in 
closet. 
      
The GUEST bedroom has 2 twin beds with a ceiling fan and its own 
bathroom. Both the guest bedroom and master bedroom suites have their 
own televisions. There is a large sliding glass door that leads to 
the patio atrium from this room. 
                                   
The KITCHEN is bright and fully equipped for gourmet cooking! All the 
necessary appliances are available including a large coffee maker, 
toaster oven, blender,dishwasher, and microwave. The washer/dryer is 
off the kitchen. 
                                                  
The DINING room seats 6 comfortably with the new dining room set! 
  
In the large, private,outdoor PATIO ATRIUM with manicured shrubs, you 
have all the deck furniture for sunning and a propane barbeque grill 
for outdoor cooking.
                                               
The screened-in PORCH is off the living room and has great lake 
views. 
                                                              
A one car GARAGE and parking for 2 additional cars is available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Occupant has member's rights to 5 championship golf courses, the 
tennis club with 19 lighted courts,and club house with an olympic 
sized pool. At the club house(a 5 minute drive from your doorstep), 
there are 3 restaurants including Shula's for your dining pleasure! 
You have access to the fitness center and spa where aerobic classes, 
messages, aquatic fitness in the pool, and nautilis equipment is 
available. If you don't want to leave your street, the community 
pool is only a 2 minute walk from your doorstep! The Patio home is 
only 15 minutes from the WPB Airport and the heart of downtown West 
Palm Beach with exclusive restaurants and shopping!
