Our Patio home is located in prestigious PGA National. This
comfortable home has an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings! The
large living room has an entertainment center with a 35" tv, and
stereo system. The spacious L shaped couch is very comfortable after
a day of golf!
The MASTER bedtroom suite is located on the second floor loft.  It has a King sized bed, and a ceiling fan as well as a full private bath and a walk-in closet.

The GUEST bedroom has 2 twin beds with a ceiling fan and its own
bathroom. Both the guest bedroom and master bedroom suites have their
own televisions. There is a large sliding glass door that leads to
the patio atrium from this room.
The KITCHEN is bright and fully equipped for gourmet cooking! All the
necessary appliances are available including a large coffee maker,
toaster oven, blender,dishwasher, and microwave. The washer/dryer is
off the kitchen.
The DINING room seats 6 comfortably with the new dining room set!
In the large, private,outdoor PATIO ATRIUM with manicured shrubs, you
have all the deck furniture for sunning and a propane barbeque grill
for outdoor cooking.
The screened-in PORCH is off the living room and has great lake
views.
A one car GARAGE and parking for 2 additional cars is available.

Occupant has the option for Golf Transfer package for an additional fee/member's rights(April-January only) to 5 championship golf
courses, the tennis club with 19 lighted courts,and club house with an olympic sized pool. At the resort's hotel(a 5 minute drive from your
doorstep), there are 3 restaurants including the Ironwood steak house and I-Bar for your dining pleasure! With the Golf Transfer package you have access to the fitness center and spa where aerobic classes,
messages, aquatic fitness in the pool, and nautilis equipment is
available. If you don't want to leave your street, the community
