The double door entry welcomes you to this gracious single story home with twelve foot volume ceilings throughout. 

The Family Room measuring 20’x 15”, boasts a 55” High Definition Flat Screen TV, 6 Disk CD Stereo (with IPod hook up), Blue Ray DVD with phenomenal surround sound.  Free High speed internet access.  Stereo speakers in all major rooms including covered outside patio.  All electronics are controlled by one easy remote!  The family Room has a very comfortable leather sofa by the "single touch" gas fireplace.  It's just the place to watch your favorite movie, or snuggle by the fire.

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, with island prep area is a great place to gather by the chef.  It features a Four burner gas stove, double convection ovens, microwave, Sub-Zero Refrigerator with bottom freezer and all the toys any cook might need.  There are two stools at the counter bar area for an easy snack and a glass of wine. The home also has a separate laundry room with a sink.  There is an ironing board and iron for convenience. 

This home has all new high end designer furniture, Stearns and Foster Pillow Top mattresses in all bedrooms (King bed in the master and Queen beds in the two guest bedrooms).  All of the bedrooms have new high definition flat screen TV’s.

The Master Bedroom Suite measuring 18’x13’, (on the northeast side of the house) features a gorgeous dark solid wood bedroom set, large walk-in closet, double sinks in the Master Bath with soaking tub, separate walk in shower and dressing table & hair dryer for the lady. It also features a new high definition Samsung TV.  The speakers in the Master Bedroom & Bathroom can provide great mood music for a romantic bubble bath in the soaking tub for two.  

The two additional bedrooms (on the southeast side of the house) have queen size beds.  They are connected by a common hallway and bath room making it easy to entertain a separate group or family en-suite in complete privacy.

The entire home has porcelain tile floors with the exception of the newly carpeted Master bedroom and one Guest Bedroom. 

The beautiful dining room has a fabulous new designer table and chairs and a fabulous view of the pool.

The living room is comfortable with a cozy sitting area set before the “one touch” gas fire place.  It's a great place to gather with your friends!

Go sea shelling or shopping at the Gardens Mall, only 5 minutes away.  Play a round of golf at one of our world class championship golf courses.  Spend a day at the PGA, Ritz, Frenchman's Reserve spa's.  Have dinner at one of over 100 restaurants on PGA Blvd. alone!  Take in the great night life at Downtown/Uptown at the Gardens or City Place. Spend an afternoon at MacArthur State Beach Park or at the Loggerhead Marine Life Center & Turtle Rescue in Juno Beach. Go deep sea fishing out of the Sailfish Marina, which is a short 10 minutes away.  You can also go Para-Sailing, or take a water taxi to Peanut Island and tour the J.F. Kennedy Bomb Shelter there.  Diving & snorkeling are always a great option.  Take the kids for a day at the water park. $2,300 /week in-season (November1 through April 30)          $1,800 /week off-season (May 1 through October 31)

$6,900/month in-season (November 1 through April 30)        $3,800/month off-season (May 1 through October 31)

$500 refundable Reservation/Security Deposit is required.  Multiple month reservations require a $1,000 refundable Reservation/Security Deposit.  Cleaning Fee of $175 is required on a one time basis per stay plus Florida Tourist and Bed taxes.
