Vacation Rental Description

Experience The Beauty of Nature from A Central Location.

This townhouse is clean, it is spacious, and well maintained.  This 3
story townhouse is located in an Upscale Waterfront Community. There
are two decks which extend over the lake giving the observer a
spectacular view of its surroundings. When you are ready to take a
break from relaxing on the deck, step inside where you will find 3
gorgeous bedrooms each with their own bathroom. 

There are two Master bedrooms.  One is located on the second floor,
where you can soak in the whirlpool tub, lie under the ceiling fan, or
relax on the queen size bed.  The other is on the 3rd floor, which
takes up the entire floor.  It comes with a queen sized bed.  The
third bedroom has a bunked bed with a twin at the top and a full size
at the bottom.  The living room has two full sized pull out sofa beds. 

The townhouse is light and airy and you get a wonderful breeze from
the lake.  It is so peaceful.  The second you walk out on the deck the
turtles will greet you.  The ducks and sea gulls complete the picture.   

Other guests have commented about the convenient location of the
townhouse.  You can get to the historic district in 7 minutes via car,
and anywhere else in Charleston within a 10-to 15 minute drive.

Activities and Attractions

North Charleston is home to the 14,000-seat Coliseum and The Stingrays
(local ice hockey team) and Performing Arts Center, both
are housed in the Charleston Area Convention Center Complex.
The Performing Arts Center hosts a wide variety of events including
Broadway shows, music concerts, and ice shows. The International
Airport and Amtrack Stations are both located in North Charleston.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are 150.00 per night 4 night minimum May thru August 
Two night minimum September to April, except for holidays. 

Holiday Rates are 175.00 per night, 4 night minimum. 
 
$150.00 refundable security/damage deposit required to reserve dates,
$100.00 cleaning fee,12.5% lodging tax. 

Monthly rental available October to February (only) - $2500, $100
cleaning fee, and $150.00 refundable deposit to reserve your dates.
