DEPOSITS: A $300.00 deposit is required to reserve each week.  This deposit in turn becomes your security deposit.  When deposit is received, a lease will be mailed to you.  1/2 of rental agreement will be due within 30 days of receipt of lease with balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.  Discounts for multiple weeks may be available but are not guaranteed, please inquirer with owner about this.

This is a Non-Smoking Home, but you will want to smoke outside and enjoy one of the 3 decks.
