2  bedroom (1 queen. 1 double), pullout couch (sleeps two), 2 full  
bath, Living room, dining room, full kitchen, balcony, outdoor  
pool (Available Memorial Day - Labor Day).  Washer/Dryer, microwave, dishwasher. MUST  
PROVIDE OWN TOWELS AND LINENS.

Historic Lewes, Delaware around the corner. Rehoboth Boardwalk/beach  
and Dewey beach within 10 minutes drive. Minutes from executive par  
3 golf course.  Outlet mall shopping within 5 minutes.  Ferry to  
Cape May, New Jersey and Atlantic City 10 minutes. Maryland beaches  
and famous Ocean City, Maryland boardwalk 30 minutes!, Historic Lewes, Delaware around the corner.  
Rehoboth Boardwalk/beach  
and Dewey beach within 10 minutes drive.

Vacation Rental Rates

Normal high season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)weekly rental is $850  
per week.  Memorial/Labor Day/July 4th weeks $900 per week. Local  
event weeks $900 per week. Off season rental $700 per week.  
This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.  Please do not contract for  
this unit if you have more than that in your party.  Groups found  
exceeding six persons will forfeit their deposit.  
 
This unit requires a $400 refundable security deposit. 
 
Except on rare occasions, we do not allow partial week rentals during high season.
