Normal high season (Memorial Day - Labor Day)weekly rental is $850
per week. Memorial/Labor Day/July 4th weeks $950 per week. Local
event weeks $950 per week. Off season rental $750 per week.
This unit sleeps a maximum of 6 guests. Please do not contract for
this unit if you have more than that in your party. Groups found
exceeding six persons will forfeit their deposit.
This unit requires a $400 refundable security deposit.
Except on rare occasions, we do not allow partial week rentals during high season.
