course views, steps from community pool. Gracious open floor plan 
with separate eat in kitchen.  Expansive lanai, air conditioned with 
sliding glass doors closed or open to tropical breezes. Spacious 
master suite,double sinks and walk-in closet. 
Additional bedrooms in separate wing,accommodate two full and one 
queen bed respectively,with adjacent full bath.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Use of newly opened clubhouse which includes exercise facilities, 
dining for breakfast,lunch and dinner plus social activities for 
adults and children. Unit has three bikes, four televisions. 
Atlantic Ocean is a short twelve minute drive. Mizner Park,upscale

the club.
