This eclectic artist's retreat offers great beach access and a comfortable stay at the beach!

The house features two bedrooms, one with a full bed and one with a bunk bed with a twin bed over a full bed. There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower.

There is an open living space with a wood fireplace and a TV with a DVD player. The living room opens to the dining area with a table for 5. The kitchen is fully appointed and allows an abundance of natural light so it is bright and cheery!

There is a sliding door that leads out to a deck on the large private yard. There is even a large fire pit that is the perfect place for the family to gather and tell stories. While the house is not "oceanfront", it is about as close as you can get since the beach trail is just off the property line.

It is a beautiful trail that leads down to a sandy beach that you can walk for miles as the home is nestled between Tillicum State Park and San Marine State Park.

Yachats is full of fun activities for all ages and it is a wonderful place for storm watching in the winter. It is an eclectic town full of artists and cafes.
