Established as an Inn in 1833, The Nu Wray Country House has provided Southern hospitality in its comfortable rooms for generations of travelers, including; Mark Twain, Thomas Wolfe, Elvis Presley, and Christopher Reeves. During the warmer months relax on the front porch rocking chairs sippin ice cold sweet tea or enjoy our gardens for your special occasions. During the Fall / Winter months enjoy the roaring fire in the downstairs living room.
Conveniently located on the main square within walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. During your stay, enjoy nearby fishing, hiking, horseback riding, tubing and swimming in the famous Toe and Cane Rivers.
