Beautifully furnished downstairs 3 bedroom/2 bath PETS WELCOME -- NO SMOKING condo at the bayfront Rockport Racquet and Yacht Club. Well-appointed living, dining, and kitchen areas make it a great unit for a fun time in Rockport. Steps to the 750-foot lighted fishing pier w/ fish cleaning station. BOAT & BOAT TRAILER PARKING ON-SITE.
The Master Bedroom, on the other side of the living room from the two Guest Bedrooms, has a King Size Bed and Private Attached Bath. One Guest Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and the other has a Queen Size Bed and a Twin Bed. There is a full bath between the two Guest Bedrooms.
Cable TV, DVD, FREE wireless Internet, FREE local & long distance phone calls.
There is a laundry facility right next door to this unit which is very convenient. Walk the grounds under the huge old live oak trees and enjoy the breezes coming off of Aransas Bay (partial view of the Bay from the condo).
A protected harbour has boat slips and a 750-foot private lighted fishing pier only for guests staying at the Racquet Club. You can also park your boat and boat trailer on-site.
