Communiity pool, shuffleboard, canal fishing, carport parking. Internet. Phone. Cable TV. Water, Sewer, Trash removal (twice weekly). Elec paid up to $150 a month. One small dog (up to 20 lbs) permitted if housebroken. THIS IS A TOTALLY NON-SMOKING UNIT INSIDE AND OUT. A 55 and older community, however, children and grandchildren may visit for up to 30 consecutive days.
Just a scant two miles to lovely Bradenton Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, and a mere 1.5 miles to Manatee County Golf Course. Restaurants and shopping galore!
