The comfortable living area with its overstuffed large L-shaped sectional, large plasma tv and gas fireplace is an amazing retreat to curl-up and lounge, watch television or your favorite movie or just gaze out to the beautiful pool area.

Each of the two bedrooms are tastefully decorated and boasts king sized beds with premiums linens for ultimate comfort, televisions, ceiling fans and iPod docking stations ensure your complete rest & relaxation. A French door in the master suite opens to a private garden area. A large L-shaped sectional in the main living room, as well as the den with its pull-out sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping areas as needed.

The extra large kitchen is well stocked with all the items you could possibly need to prepare great meals and drinks, and features a breakfast bar with bar stools that overlook the dining area with French Doors that lead out to the main back patio and barbecue area. The kitchen also has a built-in wine cooler.

Step outside to the backyard and you will find a private tropical oasis. The large sparkling pool and Jacuzzi are set against a backdrop of lush green foliage, citrus and palm trees lining a spectacular mountain view. The view is as stunning by day as it is by night, with what seems to be infinity of twinkling stars. Relax in one of the many padded chaises or double chaise, or dine al fresco while you barbecue on the outdoor grill.  Additional yard areas surround the home and are great for anyone choosing to spend time outdoors or for your cherished family pet to run about.

Additional Fees

RESERVATION DEPOSIT BINDS: $750 applied to final balance

Utility Fee: $45/day [Includes Pool & Spa heating during shoulder/peak]. Damage Waiver Fee $69

City of Palm Springs TOT tax: 11.5% of the total rental rate, cleaning fees, pet fees and utilities. No tax on stays over 28 days.

Cleaning Fee: $225, regardless of how many guests or how long you stay*

Mid-stay cleaning fee: Monthly Guests are required to have 2 cleanings per month. Average mid-stay cleaning fee is $100-$200.

Pet Fee:  $150/dog. We gladly accept well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs. sorry kitty, kitty...no Cats allowed :(
