The bedrooms are located on separate sides of the home with the common areas in between. There is a deep water 100 foot dockage behind home. The canal goes directly out the ocean and the bay isn't very far away through Lignumviate Channel or Channel 2 bridge. There is a large amount of wildlife located in the canal including manatees, tarpon and saltwater crocodiles.
