Graeagle Vacation Rental Home - Mountain Getaway, Pets OK in Graeagle

Our comfortable and inviting home is located approximately two miles
from Graeagle, near the Feather River and the Plumas Pines Golf
Course. It is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and has a large
fenced backyard. We accept some pets on prior approval and there is
a pet door out to the backyard. The home is on a large lot and has
an oversized garage (with pool table and ping pong table), so there is plenty of
room for parking. The home has beautiful knotty pine walls and wall-
to-wall carpeting. It is minutes away from world-class golf
courses, the Lakes Basin National Recreation Area (fishing, boating,
etc.), and the Plumas Eureka State Park. Reno is just a short one
hour drive away, as is the Lake Tahoe area.

Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen and all linens, towels,
etc. Two bedrooms are furnished with a queen size bed and the third
bedroom has a full size bed. A queen sofa-sleeper is also
available. The home is complete with Washer/Dryer, Microwave,
Dishwasher, Telephone, Cable TV and VCR, Stereo/CD Player, and
Charcoal BBQ Grill. You can relax and enjoy the mountain view from
the comfortable deck overlooking the back yard, or relax on the
smaller deck off the master bedroom at the front of the house.  There is a pool table and ping pong table available for guest use.  There is No Smoking allowed inside the house (smoking outside is OK.)

Activities around the area include Golfing, Fishing, Swimming,
Hiking, Biking, Tennis, Hunting, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding,
Skiing, Snowmobiling, and Sledding. Graeagle has many quaint shops,
nice restaurants, and a great little pond area where you can rent
paddleboats in the summertime. You can come to Plumas County for a
relaxing week or weekend away anytime of the year, but summertime is
especially inviting. Some upcoming events in the area are the Mohawk Valley Artists Spring Faire (May24th) and the very well known and popular Lake Davis Fishing Derby (June 20th).  During the summer the Dixieland Jazz Concerts are held once a month in Graeagle Park.
There are great celebrations and parades going on for the July 4th
Independence Day weekend. A few other upcoming fun activities to
mention are the Annual Arts and Crafts Fair (July 18 & 19) and the
Fall Festival Arts & Crafts Fair (August 15 & 16), both in Graeagle,
and Gold Discovery Days at the Plumas Eureka State Park (also July 18 & 19).  The Plumas Sierra County Fair in Quincy is August 13-16 this year.  There are several golf tournaments, art shows, car races, free concerts, and tons of other events scheduled in the next few months.  So come make our home your home and enjoy some of these great activities.  Enjoy all that Graeagle has to offer!! 

Nightly Rate...$110/night (Double Occupancy, $15/nt ea. add'l person)
-Children under 16, No Extra Charge. Two Night Minimum Stay.
Weekly Rate...$700/week. Monthly Rates Available.
Holiday periods may have an additional fee.
Summer Rates (May 22, 2009 - September 20, 2009):
$1200/week up to four people, $100/wk each additional person.
Plus $60 Cleaning Fee and $200 Refundable Deposit.
Subject to 9% Plumas County Room Tax.
