We are smoke-free and pet-free.  It is our goal to establish a base of responsible, return renters who appreciate a very tastefully furnished condo and will take care of it accordingly.  In a nutshell…we look forward to sharing our home with you.

And…we have keyed private access to Ventana Canyon Trail through our rear gate. 

The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room a queen bed. They are at opposite ends of the condo for a nice private touch.  We have an outdoor storage closet for bikes.

Come and enjoy this amazing area. Walk the canyon hiking trail (one of hundreds in the area) via the back gate/keyed access. Next to our complex is the renowned Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, which has a highly rated golf course, spas, and fine dining. Drive 3 minutes to additional dining and shopping.   Drive 5 minutes to Sabino Canyon and even more amazing hiking.

There are many other attractions in Southern Arizona, such as the Desert Museum, The Old Tucson Movie Studios, Kartchner Caverns, Tombstone, Boot Hill and Dodge City, Tubac (an artist's colony), the Biosphere, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, and Kitts Peak Observatory.

Specific rental rates (Rentals generally run Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am):

Summer months (July - September) - $700/week - $1800/4 weeks

Shoulder months 1(April-June, October-November) - $900/week - $2400/4 weeks

Winter months (December - March) - $1200/week - $3500/4 weeks

You may pay a bit more for our condo, but trust me, you get what you pay for!
