 Home away from Home.  This 2 Bedroom Condo with King size bed in Master bedroom with full bath.  This Unit is conveniently situated on the 1st floor, over looking the pool. There is a fully equipt kitchen along with fridge with ice maker, microwave, toaster, pots/pans, coffee maker(personally when I am on vacation I like to take a walk to McDonalds for my morning cofee).  Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a walk in closet.  Both bedrooms have a flat screen TV.  This unit is privately owned and up graded regularly.  Livingroom has a TV/DVD flat screen TV along with a pull out couch. Condo has access to wireless internet so you can post all your pictures of the Beautiful sunset and the Gulf from your private balcany.           

This resort gem is uniquely angled to fully capture the warm southerly and westerly breezes yet sheltered from the northerly breezes. This section of the beach is great for surfers because of all the wave action; as well as the beachcombers and sea-shell hunters.                                                                                                             

This is a smoke-free unit and No pets are allowed in the condo complex.

The condominium building has a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi that is a part of the pool along with a large pool deck. Between the pool and the beach is a large landscaped fenced area of tropical palm trees and tropical shrubbery that leads to another sun deck that is great for reading that book you have been waiting to finish. There are 2 grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs and a shuffleboard court.

Covered garage and on-site Guest parking limited to one car parking .
