Additional Fees:
Cleaning fee of $150 up to 6 people/4 hours
Refundable damage deposit of $500
Deposit of $500 to save the dates balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PORCHES
Pool seasonal , additional charge during off season ( Oct- April ).
