This six bedroom estate consists of a Master Suite with a king bed and five other guest rooms with another king bed, three queen beds, and two twin beds.

A theater room sits adjacent to the dining room with comfortable seating for 12 and there is a 60 inch flat screen television available for everyone’s pleasure. Enjoy a round of pool in the game room with views of the beautiful grounds, or just relax in the private sunroom. Also on this level is a large bedroom with a queen sized bed and private patio. A downstairs bathroom has a full bath with a tiled shower just down the hallway from the laundry room. 

The second living floor of this house has three bedrooms. The first bedroom to the right as you come up the stairs has a queen sized bed, flat screen television, and great linens. The hall bathroom is also full in size and luxurious in design. A second guest bedroom on this level has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and flat screen television. Just down the hall is a master suite with a king sized bed, flat screen television, 2 walk-in closets, and a luxurious private bath with a flat screen television. All bedrooms have alarm clocks, linens, and bedside tables with reading lamps. 

On the third floor of this home there is another full sized bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen television with a DVD player. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and a flat screen television. In total, this six bedroom estate consists of a Master Suite with a king bed and five other guest rooms with another king bed, three queen beds, and two twin beds.

Renting homes from Southern Belle is painless and professional. We take credit cards and require a $500.00 deposit to confirm the booking which is applied towards the remaining balance. For example, if your total is $1,500, we will take a $500 deposit and your remaining balance will be $1,000. Thirty days prior to your arrival our booking software will charge the balance automatically. We also sell Traveler's Insurance which covers medical, hotels if you get stuck in a city, or trip cancellation for any reason.

Upon making a reservation with us, you will receive email confirmations instantly and be able to go directly to the property with no need to check in at our office as all of our homes have lockboxes with keys.

Located just two miles from River Street in the Starland District, the Victory Drive Estate is a perfect dwelling for a large group. The Starland District has many assets to offer such as bouquet shops, cafes, bakeries, and more. Just one block away on Habersham Street is one of the best restaurants in Savannah, The Green Truck Pub, Savannah’s only grass fed burger joint where all ingredients are organic and delicious! Also while you're in the area, Starland Café is a great place to grab lunch. Victory Drive is located in the heart of Savannah making it very convenient to downtown, Tybee Island, other surrounding islands, local malls, grocery stores, churches, and hospitals.
