Oceania Condominium is a gated condo with a private beach waiting for your footprints in the sand. Amenities include beach service, fitness room, gas grills and a 40 foot gulf front balcony perfect for watching the dolphins play in the ocean.

The large living and dining area have a wet-bar with ice maker ready for your entertaining. The recently renovated kitchen has new refrigerator and comes complete with all the tools you need to prepare your favorite dishes. 

The master bedroom has a wall of floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gulf, a king-size bed and a large walk-in closet. The faux-painted master bathroom has double vanities, jacuzzi bathtub and a separate shower. The second and third bedrooms have private baths and queen size beds.

There are flat-screen TVs and DVD players in the living room and all bedrooms including new 2012 55" flatscreen TV in living room. We are proud to provide luxury including 1200 thread count linens, premium bath towels and even soft (more than one-ply) paper products. Large utility room is off of the kitchen complete with full-size washer and dryer and room to store beach toys.

We too have found that sofa-beds are uncomfortable so sofa sheet packs are left for the two over-sized couches in the living room to allow the condo to sleep eight.
