Vacation Rental Description

This large 2-story Townhouse style home is located on the 14th green  
at Tahquitz Creek Golf Course (recently renovated by Arnold Palmer's  
Course Design Company). The unit contains 1551 square feet and it is  
located in a security gated community. There are 6-pools and a  
jacuzzi and 2-tennis courts. We recently tiled the entire first  
level and installed plantation shutters through out the unit! 
There is a huge master bedroom located upstairs with a private full  
bath, dressing area and plenty closet space.  Also located upstairs  
is bedroom #2 and bedroom #3, there is another full bath located in  
the upstairs hall.  
Downstairs has a good size living room that opens to bonus room both 
rooms view the fairways. There is a large kitchen that opens to a  
dining area that seats six.  There is also a 1/2 bath located in the  
downstairs hallway.  A secure private covered patio w/BBQ opens from  
the kitchen area and goes to covered parking spaces.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The unit is completely furnished.  There is a large screen TV that  
has a hundred + cable chanels and a DVD/VCR player.  The kitchen has  
everything needed to cook and enjoy meals, including a microwave,  
range & oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and utensils. Inside laundry  
is also provided with a newer washer and dryer.  There is a BBQ,  
table and chairs in the patio area. 

Activities and Attractions

Golf is the number one activity there!  But there are also several  
pools through out the complex.  A Jacuzzi and two tennis courts are  
located near the main pool/club house.   
Hiking trails, horseback riding and water parks are close by. 
And of course there are a few Casinos nearby. Don't forget to bring  
your dancing shoes!

$700. - $1400. is the weekly rate.* (depending on high/low season) 
$2500. - $3900. is the monthly rate.* (depending on high/low season) 
*10% discount applies if 2 or more periods are rented consecutively
