Canaveral Towers Unit 104 is a Spacious, 1,300 sq. foot, ground level unit right on the beach that was completely renovated in November 2011!
This 2 BR, 2 BA unit has a walkout patio & yard in a building that is situated directly on the beach. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and the guest bedroom has two double beds and a twin bed (there is also a pull-out sofa). All new tiled 24" floors, furniture and decorations were added, including leather couches, matching dining room, coffee and end tables, 42 & 47" plasma TV’s with blueray, and much more.
The building provides free wireless internet and without having to worry about elevators, you are only a few steps to the sand.
If you have your pets, not a problem. This unit can accommodate up to 2 dogs, however they must weigh less than 30lbs.
This is a great place to spend any amount of time! Gated heated pool! Close proximity to the Kennedy Space Centre and less than an hour from the Orlando International Airport. Cape Canaveral boasts great golf courses, restaurants, places to shop and much more.
