marmol floors, new marmol bathrooms with tub, 2 large LCD TV 60" and 42", new leather 
furniture,large living area , large closets,full kitchen with new appliances, balcony w/ chairs  in 
the 11th floor unit with a great intracoastal and ocean view of Ft. Lauderdale 

Bedroom has (2) queen beds with a single bump bed. All linens and towels are supplied. 
  
Kitchen provides full sized appliances, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and
all utensils, glassware, plates, and silverware 

Iron board provided
 
Laundry facilities at the building basement 

The condo is conviniently located at the famous  "Galt Ocean Mile" by the ocean between Oakland Park 
and Commercial blvd. where you can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, public
transportation, water taxis, banks, etc. 

The Intracoastal Waterway which is a few blocks away is a canal system reminiscent of 
Venice, winds gently through the interior, connecting downtown office buildings, the world-
class boutiques, galleries and restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard, and the museums, theaters 
and nightspots of Riverwalk.

Las Olas Riverfront is just a couple of mile away , as well as Gallerias Mall at Sunrise Blvd.
