"Cottage by the Sea"
Beach Front with private pool 3 BR, 2 full baths and 1 half bath home. Cottage by the Sea is located in St Joe Beach in gulf county where the beaches are pet friendly and making it just minutes from shopping and dining in both Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Less than a ¼ mile away is the upscale Windmark Beach downtown area and bike trails.
Cottage by the Sea’s Living and Dining rooms are gulf front with great views. The deck on this floor has a picnic table and another table with 4 chairs to enjoy the views. There are 2 Gulf Front King bedrooms, one with it’s own private bath and both lead out to a furnished deck. There is also bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. Sleeps 8 in beds.
The views, breath taking! Sitting right at the entry of the bay you can see the tip of Cape San Blas in the distance. The sunsets are right in front of you. Watch all the boats coming into the channel headed for the marina or out to sea. The day the Peacemaker a 150 foot sailing ship came by was a sight to see!
The premiere Windmark development close by has access to miles of paved trails and boardwalks for bike riding and walking with no vehicle traffic. There is also a downtown area in Windmark with restaurants and shops. Only 2 doors down from this home is a stretch of old 98 that has been cut off to all traffic, you can walk, jog, ride a bike or golf cart for miles without usually seeing another soul!
I had never been in this area before taking on the home but really like the quietness and natural beauty. Love being able to be in town whether Port St Joe or Mexico beach to eat or shop within 5 minutes is great. I frequent Joe Mama’s Pizza, Peppers, Beach Combers in St Joe and Mexico Beach - Killers Seafood is really good! Boon Docks I haven’t tried yet in Windmark but hear you better have an appetite! Downtown Windmark is only 1/4 mile from this home where Boondocks is located.
