Location! Location! Location!  This unbelievable, two bedroom, two full bath, home is located in the heart of Times Squares at 136 Primo and sleeps four.  Less than a 1 minute walk from the house will have you right back at the corner of Estero Blvd. and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. 

Situated on a deep water canal, you have wonderful water views, along with direct fishing and boating right from the backyard.  Dolphins and manatees frequent the canal for your wildlife viewing pleasure.  A large elevated wrap around deck will have you sitting high looking out over the water and feeling the cool breezes. 

The owners have completely renovated the interior of this home, creating an incredibly warm and inviting home for you.   Natural light, combined with a combination of earthy colors, rich fabrics and textures have fashioned this home into your own private spa retreat.

The living room has a wall of pocketing slider doors that open to the large rear deck.  Water views abound while sitting in the living room.  Catch up on the evening news on the large flat screen TV or watch your favorite movie on the DVD player.

You’ll love the completely new custom kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink and dishwasher.  Everything has been provided in the kitchen to assist you in preparing a simple breakfast to a full dinner.  Of course with so many phenomenal restaurants just a 1 minute walk from the house you may never use the kitchen at all!

The master bedroom is a grand retreat.  A pillow top king size bed waits for you to slumber the night away on.  A flat screen in-room TV is there for you to catch a late night movie on.  Wake in the morning to an invigorating shower in your large walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath with tub/shower combination in the hallway.  A sleeper sofa is located in the living room for an additional sleeping option.  While there is bedding for 6, the owners have limited the sleeping occupancy of the home to 4 maximum.

The exterior deck will definitely command your attention.  A large table/chair set with umbrella and lounging chairs are there for your dining and sunning pleasure.   There’s even a handy stainless steel sink and counter area there for your use.  Walk around the front side of the deck and sit street side and watch the daily happenings of the neighborhood go by.  Thick tropical foliage buffers you from the neighbors, giving you a secluded feeling while sitting outside. 

And just when you thought that was it, there’s more!  Sit down waterside with a chimnia for night campfires while listening to the sounds of Fort Myers Beach.  High speed wireless internet and a washer and dryer have been provided during your stay. Bringing or renting a boat while staying?  No problem. There’s a boat lift or area to tie off.  Rent kayaks from us for some great exercise on the open water and wildlife viewing. 

For our guests with allergies, this home has been designated smoke and pet free.

Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are just a 1 minute walk from the house.  Volley ball courts and public picnic beach side sitting area, numerous shops, five star restaurants to McDonalds, and live entertainment and night life are all within a very short walk of this home.  Located right at the base of the bridge, getting on and off the island is a snap.

Off Season-- $600-$700 weekly,   $2100-$2450 monthly

Peak Season-- $900-$1400 weekly,   $3500-$4550 monthly

To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $95 cleaning fee and an 11% tax.  Rates include all utilities.
