The guest bedroom offers 2 twins, a TV, and has a distant view of the Gulf of Mexico and of the golf course.  The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo for those that like to have the option.  Just outside of the guest bathroom you will find a large laundry room with lots of room to fold your clothes. 

The kitchen is well equipped and also has a nice pantry for those extra groceries that you might  have.  From the kitchen window you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the golf course.  The dining room has a large dining room table with ample space for your meals or you may also choose to sit on the large lanai while eating so you don’t miss the beautiful weather and wildlife!     The living room is spacious and outfitted with a new flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and a DVD player for late night movies.

One of the best features of this property is the breathtaking views of Estero Bay.  You will find  yourself mesmerized by the floor to ceiling windows and very well-kept grounds.  Just outside of the lanai you can see benches along the water that are perfect for dolphin/manatee watching, fishing, or just enjoying the view.  There is also a gas grill with picnic tables located just behind the condo so make sure to take advantage of waterfront dining right from your backyard.  If you’re a bird watcher, you’ll also appreciate the Purple Martin house on the property.

If you are looking for convenience this is the place for you!  This condo is located within walking distance of the Santini Plaza so shopping and dining will be inevitable.  If shopping is not your thing you may choose to go across the street and play a round of golf at the Fort Myers Beach Golf Club or cool off in the community pool where there is also a community room for guests to use.
