Welcome to Estero Yacht & Racquet 215, a charming one bedroom, one bath condo. It is located towards the south end of the island, and just a short walk to our seven miles of sugar sand beach and the Gulf of Mexico, and almost directly behind Santini Marina Plaza. It can accommodate four guests.

The entry way leads you to a galley kitchen that has all you’ll need to prepare snacks or a gourmet meal. You can decide whether to enjoy your meals at the dining room table or out on the lanai. As you enter into the comfy open concept living and dining area, you’ll find a tastefully decorated room with a country charm atmosphere. It will be easy to curl up with a good book or watch you favorite show as you take a break from the sun. Better yet, relax on your lanai that is nestled among beautiful boats waiting to explore Estero Bay, right in your backyard.  The water views are captivating and the boating activity adds to the serenity of your stay.

After a day of fun, retire to your king bed and catch a late night show. An ensuite bathroom gives you plenty of privacy. There is a full bathroom in the hall, convenient for guests.

Pool side you can relax on one of the many loungers.  As a convenience factor the laundry room is located there as well, so you can relax and do laundry!  Enjoy the boardwalk along the water with various sitting and grilling areas.

Take time to explore the island. A trolley, at 50 cents per person runs south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and bird watch. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins frolicking.

On your return trolley trip, you may want to stop off at Santini Mall and visit the unique shops and restaurants, or walk there in less than 3 minutes right from the condo. Close by there is Fort Myers Beach golf course if a round of golf is on your agenda. Less than two miles north is Publix Supermarket and the award winning Bay Front Bistro right on beautiful Estero Bay.

There is plenty to keep you busy during the evening after a day of sunning. At our Beach Theatre you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Take that trolley about 3
miles north to Times Square for more shopping, restaurants and night life. It will be easy to get used to island life!

Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take a ferry to Key West. Further out, you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, the Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, the Naples Zoo or take an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.

For those of you who want a truly relaxing vacation, we offer a full concierge service that includes daily housekeeping and turn down services. We can arrange for special items to be waiting for you or that certain someone upon your arrival. Groceries, champagne, fresh fruit baskets, limo/dinner packages, in-house massages are things we can arrange to make your stay unforgettable.

To the above rates, please add an $100 departure cleaning fee, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, $50 nonrefundable damage waiver fee and an 11% tax. Rates include all utilities.
