110 Hercules is a one of a kind home on Fort Myers Beach. Built as a barn style home it is very unique to the island. It's large and spacious inside, with three levels of living space, containing 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and an in-ground heated pool. Best of all this home is located just 4 homes off Estero Blvd., providing you with direct beach access only a 1 minute walk from the house. This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests.

The living room is located on the second level of the house, and opens to the large screened in second story deck. TV and DVD player can be found in the living room for those late night shows or movies. A sleeper sofa has been provided here for an additional sleeping area if needed.

The open concept kitchen is fully stocked with everything, and has modern, newer appliances. It has a spacious breakfast bar and opens to the dining room. Eat your meals at the breakfast bar, formal dining table, out on the lanai, or down by the pool.

Two bedrooms and one full bath are on the second level. The first bedroom has a king size bed, that can be converted to two twins if desired, and an in-room TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both share a full bath in the hallway.

The third level has the master bedroom with expansive back deck that it perfect for sunning. This area also provides partial Gulf views. The master bedroom has a king size bed and in-room TV. The second bedroom has a double size bed. Both share a full bath in the hallway.

Ground level you'll find your own private washer/dryer, and in-ground electric heated pool. Spend hours sunning poolside while cooling off with a dip in the pool. There's a large exterior poolside shower, grill for BBQ, and plenty of out door seating and lounge furniture.

Discover the hidden treasure at the other end of the road; a deeded neighborhood fishing dock on Estero Bay. Direct fishing and boating access are here for your use. Or just enjoy sitting bayside in the early morning hours watching the sunrise, and beachside in the evening watching the sunset.

Your own private washer and dryer, high speed wireless internet, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, beach wagon, crib, high chair, stroller, and much more are included in this rental. For those with allergies this home has been designated a smoke free and pet free home.

This home affords all the conveniences of your own home, in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to everything. Whether you stay for a week, or for a month, you'll have everything you need to make this the perfect vacation experience.

Shops and restaurants are just a short distance away to both the north and south of the house. A full service grocery store, marina, and waterfront restaurant are all only 4 blocks south.

Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can swim with dolphins and manatees or search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski's and parasailing rentals are within walking distance. Enjoy a day or night out on the Casino boat or take the Key West Ferry for a day adventure to Key West. Catch some of the local artists at one of the many beach bars, enjoy great restaurants and fantastic shopping. Looking for something to do after the beach? There are numerous golf courses, mini golf, frisbee golf, libraries, a movie theater, water park, and much, much more. To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $75 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $170 cleaning fee and an 11% tax. Rates include all utilities. Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule.
