This ground level 3/2 home (no steps to climb!) is located mid-island so you can go either way to parks, shopping, public golf course, Publix, Lover's Key State Park, Matanzas Pass Preserve & Trails and lots of restaurants & bars w/ live entertainment nightly. There's even a 'doggie beach' on the causeway for this pet friendly home. Master bedroom has queen, cable tv/vhs, master bath -- one guest has a double w/ tv, the other twins. The fully stocked kitchen adjoins the dining area & living room (cable tv & dvd). A high-top table & two stools make for a cozy retreat for your morning coffee. Desk provides space for your computer & internet. Washer/dryer room w/ freezer (4-fish?). Outside sitting area - grilling. Enclosed garage. Town pool 1 mile. Trolley.

Fort Myers Beach is located on tropical Estero Island, a seven-mile island in the Gulf of Mexico just a short drive from International Airport. The Hibiscus House is just across the street from miles of white, sandy beaches and sports its own community fishing pier just down the street on the Back Bay. By being in the mid-island, more secluded section of the island, access is easy to shopping, grocery stores, golf course, parks, pubs and restaurants -- either by walking, biking or taking the trolley. On one end of the island is the bustling Times Square which has a county park, fishing pier, shopping, restaurants and bars with nightly entertainment. On the other end are Santini Plaza Shopping Center, Publix, a Golf Course open to the public, Lover's Key State Park and lots more restaurants and bars. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking thru the Matanzas Pass Preserve just about a mile from the house. Town pool near Preserve. The Key West boat leaves the Beach every day for a great day-trip!

To the above rates, please add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $50 nonrefundable damage waiver fee, a $140 cleaning fee, $150 pet fee and 11% tax. Rates include all utilities.
