up to 4 people and has a great view of the beach from the living
room and bedroom. It is situated right on the Sandpiper Cove private
beach. No hassles, you can sit or enjoy food from the snack bar and drinks anywhere on this beach!

The unit has a spacious private balcony with a great view of the
Gulf of Mexico, full kitchen, king-size bed in master bedroom, 2
TVs, CD/DVD, VCR, cabel TV and new washer and dryer in the unit. All
dinnerware, flatware and cookware
are provided.

The Sandpiper Cove Resort adjoins the Gulf of Mexico on Holiday Isle
with private beach, private harbor access for boat docking (29 ft or
under), a marina, Louisiana Lagniappe Seafood Restaurant, 5 pools,
and 6 tennis courts. Something for everyone! Close to world class
malls like the Commons and Sandestin Outlet stores.

Unique and beautiful Gulf Front second level unit no one above you
with great gulf views (see pictures) you can enjoy right from your
balcony. Sandpiper Cove has 1100 feet of beautiful private
beachfront! Beach Chairs and unbrellas are available. Also enjoy all
of Sandpiper Cove amenities including 5 pools, 6 tennis courts, 9-
hole par-3 golf, boat launch, boat docks, snack bar at the beach,
Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, and much more.

1100 ft of Private Beach for Sandpiper Cove. Boating, Dock
your own boat in the Destin Harbor (under 29'),Tennis, Golf, Beach
activities, shopping. The Destin Commons is located nearby. It is a
new mall that has movie theaters, great shopping, and restaurants.
Sandpiper Cove beach has a summer snackbar on the beach and an on
site first class Louisiana Lagniappe Seafood resturant. We are close
to everything Destin has to offer. So come have fun at your vacation

There is a $300 refundable deposit to reserve the unit plus a $65.00
non-refundable cleaning fee. Deposit is required 3 weeks before
