Newly remodeled oceanfront villa that sleeps 10 on the southern shores of Providenciales in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The villa is only a short drive to the downtown shopping area.
There are five bedrooms, including two kings, one queen, and two twins. Each bedroom has its own private bath, ceiling fan, TV and air conditioning. The upstairs living space has three bedrooms with an open floor plan with a great room, eating area and kitchen. On this level you have a very large screened in porch with sitting and dining area. The lower area has the other two bedrooms, TV/den area and laundry facilities. This level opens up onto a spacious patio area that leads to the pool and outside gazebo area. Beyond the pool is your own private deck/dock on the water.
The stunning villas has been newly renovated and professionally decorated. Villa Osprey offers a gourmet kitchen, beautifully appointed living area with cozy couches, large flat-screen TV with DVD player, dining room that seats eight, and outside dining under the Tiki Hut on the terrace.
The outdoor living areas are carefully landscaped with a walking path around the grounds. You'll discover and enjoy a private infinity pool chaise lounges for sun bathing, separate children's pool, a hot Jacuzzi for those starry nights, and a rocky walkway to a breezy gazebo, perfect for a glass of wine, a good book and the gentle breeze. A private swim deck makes this villa your very own. Plus for those of you who want to stay in touch with the 'real world' there is free wireless internet service and a docking station.
