of renting one, two or three bedrooms customizing their stay and 
price with still having their own private access to the house.

The Beach House has all of the amenities to make your 
stay enjoyable and most comfortable! We have a 24-hour host 
available to answer all your questions and help you with anything 
you may need.

High Season (Dec. 15 - Apr. 14)
1 Bedroom (max-2 guests) $159 nightly 
2 Bedrooms(max 4 guests) $179 nightly 
3 Bedrooms(max 6 guests) $199 nightly 

Deposits & Confirmation:
Check, money orders accepted US funds. Can use credit card / 
additional service fee added to total.
Balance of payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaiian state taxes.

Cancellation Fee & Refunds:
Minimum cancellation charge of $200 on all confirmed bookings.
No refund or adjustments within 45 days prior to scheduled arrival 
date.

Occupancy:
3 Bedrooms / 3 Baths. (sleeps 6 to 8)  
Extra charge of $10/person/night over 6 guests. 
Max. 8 guests in House with 2 roll away beds.
Check in Time is 3:00pm - Check out time is 10:00am.
