The “Sea Vista Living Room” is sure to be a favorite with its vast wall-to-wall ocean view that appears to be so close, you feel as though you could easily dip your toes in it right from the living room sofa.

The “Sea Vista Living Room” area décor features opulent rattan furniture set atop new tiled floor surrounded by furnishings of palms and seashells. Accessing the balcony is just a step away; take just a couple more steps and you have accessed the private beach and ocean front. A full entertainment center includes a flat screen LCD TV and DVD player for your family’s evening fun and entertainment bonding time. The living room sofa offers a pull out queen size sleeper bed.

"Sea Vista" Kitchen
The “Sea Vista Kitchen” is a gourmet meal just waiting to happen! Bar seating and fully-equipped with top of the line appliances include smooth top stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, spacious cabinetry, glass blender, coffee maker, electric mixer, and non-stick pots and pans. The Kitchen bar opens to the living and has full view of the ocean front. Don’t be surprised if Emerald shows up at your door step to request the use of your state-of-the-art kitchen.

"Sea Vista" Guest Bedroom I
The “Sea Vista Guest Bedroom I” was created with visiting guest and children in mind. The view of the ocean and sandy beach are right outside the large open windows and balcony view. Features two beautifully handcrafted, queen size beds, with tropically themed quilts and memory-foam mattress toppers, sizeable bathroom and closet, 32” LCD TV-DVD player, and mirrored wall.

"Set Vista" Guest Bedroom II

The “Sea Vista Guest Bedroom II” features a tropical décor and offers a full size bed, closet and computer desk that is ideal for keeping young ones occupied. This guest room can be accessed through sliding doors from the master suite or closed for privacy.

Outdoor Living Areas
Sea vista condo features a private balcony in the master bedroom and an expansive back porch on the first-floor. The porch features lounge chairs, and is a perfect place to curl up in a quilt with a cup of hot cocoa and enjoy the gorgeous scenery.
