An in-unit washer & dryer is available for your complimentary use. The master bedroom has a King bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to a full bathroom as well. There is also a queen size inflatable mattress available at no additional cost. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and granite countertops. Step out of your living area onto the large covered balcony that has incredible ocean, mountain and forest views. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the property with linens provided, including beach towels. There is a security alarm and in room safe for your added security. The community flora abounds with ginger, banana trees, various palms, bamboo, and many other tropical varieties which attract the humming birds, butterflies, monkeys, coatimundis, iguanas and parrots. There is a very nice pool and BBQ area that is fenced around with a natural Bamboo fence.

The property is located in the Punta Playa Vistas gated community just south of Conchal Beach, which offers 24 hour security. Daily maid service available for an additional fee. Free satellite TV. There is WiFi in the condo for your convenience.

We are happy to arrange for your personal, private pick up from the Liberia or San Jose International Airports. Please inquire for rates. We also can book all of your rental car and tour needs at discounted prices! A rental car or private transport is necessary for our area since public transportation is located 3 miles away in the neighboring town of Matapalo. We strongly suggest the use of a 4x4 SUV to fully appreciate all that the area has to offer and also to take the short-cut beach roads which will drastically cut down on your commute times to the neighboring beaches of Playa Conchal and Playa Brasilito.
