Rental Rates.. $1200/week & up.
Nightly Rates are for four-night minimum stay; (Sat/Sun arrival).  
Weekly rentals only in Prime Summer vacation time.
Holiday Weeks are additional.
11% Florida Taxes plus $75 cleaning fee are additional.
All rate quotes are confirmed in writing.
$250 security deposit is required to hold reservation.
Credit cards are accepted through Pay Pal.
