Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo located in the famous Gearhart by 
the Sea Resort with a good Pacific Ocean view.

Vacation Rental Amenities

    * Beautiful view of the Ocean and Tillamook Head
    * Just a 2 minute walk to the beach.
    * Three Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen size bed 
and a full bath. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds.
    * The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed.
    * The living room has a large fireplace (Long burning fireplace 
logs are provided.), vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center 
with stereo, Cable, VCR, DVD/CD player and a 25 inch TV.
    * A good collection of video tapes are provided. However, other 
video tapes are available for rent at the Gearhart by the Sea rental 
office.
    * The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, 
garbage disposal, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices, toaster, 
blender, coffee maker, grinder and filters.
    * Linens and bath towels are provided, however, you should bring 
your own beach towels.
    * Games and puzzles are in the closet.
    * An indoor, heated swimming pool is a short walk away.
    * A children's outdoor play area and an 18 hole public golf 
course are both only a 2 minute walk away.
    * A Coin laundry facility is located a short walk out the back 
door.
    * Gearhart has a small grocery store and several fine restaurants.
    * Please, no smoking or pets.
* A small reading library is available for your pleasure. 

Activities and Attractions

     * 18 hole golf course a 2 minute walk away.
     * Indoor swimming pool
     * 2 minutes from beach
     * 5 minutes drive to factory outlet mall
     * 10 minute drive to arcade and shops in Seaside, Oregon

Vacation Rental Rates

June & Septemeber @ $145/night (2 night minimum)
July & August available only by the week @ $990/week 
(Sunday to Sunday) 

October through May $105/nite ($630/week) 2 night minimum (Rates 
exclude 7% lodging tax.) Excludes Holidays and school vacations.
