the Sea Resort with a good Pacific Ocean view.

* Three Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master has a queen size bed
and a full bath. The other two bedrooms each have 2 twin beds.
* The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed.
* The living room has a large fireplace (Long burning fireplace
logs are provided.), vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center
with stereo, Cable, VCR, DVD/CD player and a 25 inch TV.
* A good collection of video tapes are provided. However, other
video tapes are available for rent at the Gearhart by the Sea rental
office.
* The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave,
garbage disposal, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices, toaster,
blender, coffee maker, grinder and filters.
* Linens and bath towels are provided, however, you should bring
your own beach towels.
* Games and puzzles are in the closet.
* An indoor, heated swimming pool is a short walk away.
* A children's outdoor play area and an 18 hole public golf
course are both only a 2 minute walk away.
* A Coin laundry facility is located a short walk out the back
door.
* Gearhart has a small grocery store and several fine restaurants.
* Please, no smoking or pets.

June through September, Holidays & School Vacations:

• $160/night (2 night minimum)
• $1100 per week.

July & August available by the week only.

• $1100/week (Sunday to Sunday)

$75 cleaning fee.

Rates for 6 people.  $10 per night per person for 7th or 8th person.   8 Maximum.
