This two-bedroom apartment is the top floor of a modernized Victorian-era carriage house, centrally located in San Francisco. It’s just a few blocks from Alamo Square Park, home of the famous row of “painted ladies” Victorian houses, Golden Gate Park, Haight Street, and USF. Just a few minutes from City Hall, UCSF, and the downtown shopping district. It’s in the North of Panhadle (Nopa) neighborhood with several delightful cafés, restaurants, and pubs within a few minutes walk. The house is set back from the street, accessed through a private gated entrance. It has a large sun deck out front with pretty views of the area. There is a private off-street parking space that comes with the rental, directly adjacent. There is also a 40-inch flat screen TV with cable, washer and dryer, and a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils provided.

Amenities include 1 private parking space, full kitchen, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and an array of cooking untensils, glasses, and dishes.

There's a 40" color tv with cable, wi-fi internet available, and dvd player. Hair dryer and iron with ironing board is also available.

There is a washer and dryer also available.

A Pack N Play style crib is available.

There is a sun deck, and again there is a private parking space available with the rental.

Each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen size bed. A Queen sofa bed is in the living room, and one of the bedrooms has a single convertible chair bed. (Sleeps up to 7).

This location is nearby many restaurants and cafes, and just blocks from Alamo Square Park where the famous "painted ladies" Victorian houses line up. The panhandle of Golden Gate Park is also just a short walk away. There are 3 bus lines within a couple of blocks and all parts of the city are easily accessible.
