Large grassy back yard, there is also a playground / tennis courts in the neighborhood.
There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a kitchen on each floor.
The lower level has a living/dining room with sliders to a concrete patio.
The second floor has a living room, bar and sliders to a large deck.

4 bedrooms, each having a queen size bed and closet. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers. Also, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
The driveway allows for 4 car parking. A large grassy yard to relax in after a day at the beach.
2 fully equipped kitchens: 1 dishwasher, pots & pans, plates/dishes, microwave, blender, coffee pot, toaster/toaster oven. There are cleaning supplies, vacuum, and such.
activities and attractions in Narragansett Rhode Island
The home is within several blocks from the beach and is surrounded by summer activities. Restaurants including clam shacks, ice cream, lobster, family and fine dining are within a short drive. Mini or regular golf are a few minutes’ drive as are batting cages, bumper cars, bowling, go-carts and in-line skating etc. Short drive to historic downtown, Newport mansions, Port of Galilee, Jamestown, Providence shopping, airport, Foxwoods Casinos, Watch Hill, Mystic Seaport Aquarium etc.
Narragansett has several great beaches to explore.
Scarborough State Beach offers body surfing and boogie-board riding on its rolling surf. It has a concession stand & bath house with rest rooms. This beach is a short walk from the house and is free to walk on to. We have a wagon at the house to tow your belongings to/from the beach.
Roger Wheeler Beach/Sand Hill Cove is two miles away and has gentler waves, a playground and craft time for toddlers. Pay to park.
Narragansett Town Beach is two miles away and has ocean exposure with great views of Rhode Island. Pay to park.
The area is great for bike riding, walking or jogging.
Sea fishing charters, evening cruises, sailing, and the Block Island Ferry are at Point Judith / Galilee which is 3 miles away.

$1250 June per week / $1950 July & August per week.
This is the best deal in the neighborhood.
$150 per week discounting applies for multiple weeks, month or season.
All of our rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Our guests are invited to check-in after 2 PM on their arrival Saturday and must check-out by 10 AM on their departure Saturday.
A reservation deposit of $250 is required to book each week, this turns into a security deposit and provided there are no damages and the house is tidy, is mailed back within 10 days after departure.
Half the total rent of the property is due within 90 days of the week of your booked week. The balance of the rent must be paid 30 days before your arrival date.
